Air Asia is the first airline to cover the whole of Asia. When we were tasked with creating the brand and building the website, it was just a great idea and a single plane. Then, once the site was live, it expanded rapidly to meet demand.
We built the brand around its promise: ‘now everyone can fly’. Every touchpoint - from the web portal to the brandbook - is fresh, fun and fuss-free, reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit of founder Tony Fernandes. Capacity to adapt is also built-in, so the brand can flex as it continues to expand.
