Using the Connected Retail Platform we recategorised Sephora’s product ranges, simplifying them and making it easier to browse and discover in store.
Multiple touchscreen devices in store allow the customer to sample real NFC tagged products and then virtually basket any of the 14,000 content rich products displayed. This basket moves with the customer around the store via an NFC card and can be added to from any of the various digital touch points.
Our powerful platform underpins the touchpoints collecting data on customer behaviour such as mixes of products in the baskets and conversion to purchase.
With a mobile-connected and customer-centred experience, Sephora now offers shoppers a chance to explore coveted beauty looks and purchase from over 150 brands and 14,000 products thanks to virtual shopping in their smaller retail spaces.
