Getting Simply Business closer to small businesses
When we met Traveller-owned fintech, Simply Business, its ambition was to drive growth and become the UK’s leading insurance broker championing small businesses and, ultimately, to take the brand worldwide. Our brand design objective was to strengthen its association with the small business insurance community and refocus its aim, to make insurance simpler and more accessible through a seamless mobile service.

We reset the brand’s platform, from promise to pillars and positioning – ‘business insurance made for you’ – around core values of simplicity and personalisation.
The visual brand identity was redesigned around the SB monolith and a glowing colour pallette – reflecting the diversity of its customer base and the energy of the business itself – that enhances the brand’s standout and differentiation across digital and mobile channels.

Our company ethos celebrates individuality - that of our 425,000 customers and 500 employees - so we felt duty bound to create a new brand identity to embody this. Our task now is to activate the brand across multiple touchpoints, as we look to continue our UK growth and establish ourselves in the US.
